ROCK N' RUN 10K, 5K & KIDS FUN RUN
Friends and family who come to cheer on participants will love all of the great activities we have in store. Kids will be thrilled and amazed by our Magician, Clarence the Clown, face painting, photo ops with everyone's favorite mascots, a selfie station, and local vendors.
Please note: In case of inclement weather, The Iron Pigs reserve the right to alter the course.
Available on the stadium concourse.
Participants who have questions or need assistance should stop by our Hospitality booth, located near the entrance, for assistance.
We are proud to offer chip timing this year! Results will be immediately available. Race results will also be posted on the Rock N' Run website within 48 hours of the race's conclusion.
Having your family and friends there to cheer you on is half the fun, so invite them to cheer you on as you run the course and cross the finish line! Spectators can view the runners at several spots outside the stadium (see course map) and from the stands to see you finish near home plate.
Participants and spectators must use the Union Boulevard entrance to the stadium. There is plenty of stadium parking but please arrive early and be cautious of runners warming up in the parking lot areas. There will be parking attendants there to guide you. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to leave before either the 5k or 10k races are finished, you MUST park in the lot located off Iron Pigs Way and exit onto American Parkway. The other parking lots adjacent to the stadium will be restricted for exiting until the runners have finished.
Fun Run – All fun run participants should be on the stadium concourse by 8:15 am. There will be a sign on the concourse indicating where to line up. All participants will head to the warning track together led by our Fun Run Leader and the most popular member of the Iron Pigs Baseball club….Ferrous. All runners are asked to stay on the warning track at all times and please refrain from walking or running on the field. Fun runners should pin their bib on the front of their shirt with their first and last name.
5K & 10K - Participants should arrive early and be at the starting line located by the back gate entrance by 8:45 am. Runners can proceed to the starting line through the stadium down to the warning track. Runners should pin their bib on the front of their shirt. As you finish the timers will take your tear off.
“This event at Coca Cola Park had something for everyone; children participated in their own run around the bases & were able to meet their favorite mascots. Parents had safe place for their kids to play and runners had a challenging yet well managed 5k race to help raise money for the Salvations Army’s foster care & adoptive program. I look forward to doing it again next year!”
“The Rock N Run 5k is a challenging course but the atmosphere of the crowds and beautiful spacious course made it a favorite race of mine. Running out of and into the Iron Pigs stadium made you feel like a true athlete.”

"Rock N Run was one of the most organized, family-friendly, fun local races. The vibe of the stadium, live music, and all-aged participants was energizing. I look forward to participating again and recruiting more friends from our church!"
